About Me...Sue O'Connell

I'm a passionate craft educator, freelance demonstrator, and creative speaker with over 20 years in the crafting industry. My journey has taken me from course creator and tutor to design team member, demonstrator, brand ambassador, and published artist. I'm fully vetted for the education sector and have taught both online and in-person across the UK.

After a fulfilling career in the Police, I took the exciting plunge at the end of 2023 to open my own studio. There's nothing I love more than sharing my knowledge and passion for all things crafty with fellow creative souls.

My Creative Philosophy 

"There is no such thing as a bad piece of art" - you can always add something to cover sections or add dimension. Most importantly, your creations are made from materials that can be repurposed and re-imagined. Every 'mistake' is simply an opportunity for something unexpected and beautiful.
